Delivery time & shipping costs
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We guarantee that products in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Even better ... Orders placed on working days before 6 pm will be shipped the same day. Sometimes this does not work if a product is not in stock and is ordered anyway. Then this can take up to a maximum of 5 working days.
The prices stated are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€ 5.50 for orders under € 75.
Free for orders from € 75.
Delivery is via Bpost's postman or DPD's parcel deliverer. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery as this depends on a third party. However, we do guarantee delivery within 24 hours.
Time for reflection / return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not like you or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
ATTENTION! Sales cannot be returned!
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are also at your own expense. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. You can always return it for free at one of our physical points of sale.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us - CDKN - with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at [email protected] We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return into your personal CDKN shopping account, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged on return.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is not a problem at all. You can contact us for this via [email protected] You do bear the costs of returning the product yourself.

Accidentally passed on the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
